Bluehawks Summer Hockey Programs Announced
The Northbrook Bluehawks are pleased to annouce a variety of opportunities to keep skating in the summer months. The programs are detailed in the flyer posted below.
Northbrook Baseball Honors GBN and Bluehawk Hockey Teams on Opening Day
Join us on Saturday, April 26th, at 10:00 am in the Village Green Field as Northbrook Baseball celebrates its Opening Day with a tribute to our State Championship hockey teams. Wearing their jerseys and being honored by Northbrook Baseball will be our GBN Spartans Varsity, GBN Spartans Junior Varsity, and our Peewee AA Bluehawk teams, each of which won State Championships this past season.
Thank you to Northbrook Baseball for including us in your Opening Day ceremonies!
GBN VARSITY WINS BACK-TO-BACK BLACKHAWK CUP STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - - GBN JV WINS 2008 BLACKHAWK CUP STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
The Varsity team beat New Trier Green 3-2 in overtime to capture their second straight Blackhawk Cup State Championship. This season the Varsity team also won Metro North and the Metro Scholastic Cup.
GBN JV came from behind to take the Blackhawk Cup State Championship. In a very exciting game Thursday night GBN beat Barrington High School 5-4 in triple overtime. This was truly a TEAM effort. These fellas wore their hearts on their sleeves and never ever gave up.
The entire Northbrook Bluehawk family is very proud of our High School teams! Way to be CHAMPIONS!
Peewee AA and Peewee A2 Shine In State Championships!
The Northbrook Bluehawks are extremely proud to announce that our Peewee AA team earned a Blackhawk Cup State Championship.
We are equally proud of our Peewee A2 team that was runner-up in their bid for a Blackhawk Cup State Championship.
Next up for the Peewee AA team is a trip to the regionals in Omaha.

Three of our teams are still competing for Blackhawk Cup honors--Peewee AA, Peewee A2 and Mite A. All will compete in the State Tournament round robins this weekend. Good luck to our teams.
